The Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS) has been firmly established as the industry’s benchmark quality standard for data collection since 1978.
IQCS members uphold and adhere to a set of contemporary standards covering the recruitment, training and appraisal of data collection staff. Members implement various procedures that guarantee research will be carried out to the highest standards as well as streamlining processes , saving both time and money.

IQCS Welcomes Adam Wyles to IQCS Council
The IQCS Team welcomes Adam Wyles to the IQCS Council. Adam’s first council meeting will be 21st January 2015. More info about Adam can be found here. We would like to thank our members for voting in last December’s election. The turnout was fantastic. We would also like to thank David Burdon and Charlotte Solberger for their support and their interest in driving quality in the industry.
